Gender-parity goals: 25% women managing directors by 2020

In its 2016 Corporate Citizenship Report, Accenture set a goal for women to make up 25% of managing directors worldwide by end-2020, surpassed its goal of women being 40%+ of new hires by 2017, and reported more than 150,000 women in its workforce.
