Since 2020 Atento has run the DNA (Diversity Program at Atento), a permanent initiative promoting a culture of respect through allied groups for Gender, Race and Ethnicity, People with Disabilities, LGBTI+, Generations and, newly in Brazil, Refugees and Immigrants.
