Program launched 2016 to raise women's participation in technical accounts, reaching 40.1% women in the technical academy in 2018; via a partnership with the Ministry of Education and Omar Dengo Foundation it reached 400+ girls from 50 high schools between June and October 2018 and won a Gold Stevie Award.
