Since 2013 SYKES has partnered with the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (ACNUR) 'Vivir la Integracion' program on refugee training and employability, evaluating over 250 candidates and hiring 50; awarded the 'Vivir la Integracion' seal by Costa Rica's Presidency in 2017 and 2018.
